Stallion Leads Privacy Policy

Stallion Leads (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and safeguard information when you visit our business-facing website, use our forms or portals, communicate with us, or engage with our services.

1) Scope of This Policy (Strict Separation)

This Privacy Policy applies only to stallionleads.com and related business-facing pages and forms (the “Site”). This Site is intended for business users (for example, agents, agencies, and vendors).

Consumer Lead Data: This Policy does not cover consumer lead data used for Service Type A lead delivery. Consumer lead data is collected on separate consumer-facing lead sites (for example, TheFrankPlan.com) and is governed by the privacy disclosures presented on those consumer-facing sites at the time of collection.

2) Roles: Controller vs Service Provider or Processor

Controller: For business contact data collected on this Site and for our own operations, we act as an independent controller.

Service Provider or Processor: When we provide services to clients that involve processing client-provided data (for example, CRM automation, messaging workflows, Voice AI), we act as a service provider or processor on behalf of the client, subject to Order Terms and, where applicable, a data processing addendum.

3) Definitions

Personal Information: Information about an identifiable individual, or as otherwise defined under applicable privacy laws (including PIPEDA, provincial laws, Quebec privacy laws, and applicable U.S. state laws).

Business Contacts: Individuals contacting us on behalf of a business.

Service Providers: Vendors and subprocessors used to operate the Site and provide services (for example hosting, CRM platforms, analytics, email delivery, messaging providers, and payment processors).

Mobile Information: (i) a phone number used for our messaging programs, and (ii) messaging-related data tied to that phone number such as opt-in and opt-out status, timestamps, and related consent records.

4) Information We Collect

A) Information You Provide Directly

We may collect:

  • Business and contact information: name, company name, job title, business email, phone number, mailing or billing address, state or province, country
  • Account and order information: service selections, onboarding details, billing metadata (payment processing is handled by third-party processors)
  • Communications: information you provide when you email, call, text, submit a form, book a meeting, request support, or otherwise communicate with us (including message content and attachments)
  • Audio and voice data (if used): call recordings, voicemails, and call transcripts processed through our services if you use Voice AI, call tracking, or call recording features
  • Marketing preferences: opt-in or opt-out status and communication preferences

B) Information Collected Automatically

We may collect:

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, language, pages visited, timestamps, referring URLs, and approximate location inferred from IP
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7

C) Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from:

Service Providers are permitted to use information only to provide services on our behalf and are expected to protect it.

Subprocessor categories (examples): hosting and infrastructure, analytics, CRM and communications platforms, email delivery, messaging aggregators and carriers, payment processors, customer support.

B) Client Services (Processor Activities)

Where we process client-provided data for Service Type B, we do so on the client’s instructions and under the applicable agreements. Clients control their lists, content, and compliance posture.

C) Legal, Safety, and Enforcement

We disclose information when necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or enforce our Terms and contracts.

D) Business Transactions

We disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to applicable notice requirements.

E) IMPORTANT: A2P 10DLC Mobile Data Sharing Restriction (Non-Negotiable)

No Mobile Information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (such as our CRM platform) solely to deliver, support, and troubleshoot messaging services and to comply with legal obligations.

9) Texting, Calling, and Communications

If you provide a phone number or opt in to receive messages, we may use your phone number to:

  • send operational or service-related messages (confirmations, reminders, updates)
  • respond to inquiries and support requests
  • send marketing messages where permitted and where required consent has been obtained

Automated technology and AI: Communications may be assisted or generated using automated technology, including AI-assisted systems, where permitted by law.

10) International Data Transfers
